A. Below is the refund policy for when canceling for a reason after paying the expenses. I. No refund will be made for the application fee. II. In general, there is no refund for the deposit that has already been made unless it is under a special circumstance. III. School material fees are included in the tuition. Therefore, in general, there is no additional cost to the above.

Q. How do you divide the students into levels within a course?
A. Upon admission, class placement will be performed based on the result of a placement test.Re-evaluation of class placement will be performed based on the result of a periodic mock JLPT test performed every three months.
